December/Christmas

December was a very busy month for us. So lets start from the beginning. We were not going to be able to visit my parents over Kyle's Christmas break so we decided that the boys and I would head out to Washington the beginning of December while Kyle took his finals so that I could spend some time with my family.
We had so much fun at my parent's house. The boys loved it there! They got to see their Uncle Sean, some awesome christmas lights, go on a fake train ride, drink chocolate milk, play with dogee, play with grandma Sue and grandpa Scot, and go to Chuckee Cheese. East cried when we were saying good bye to my dad at the airport. He always has so much fun at their house and never wants to leave. My mom of course loves it! We came home the day before Kyle's last final and then left again 2 days later to Utah for Christmas.
They had had a long day!!

Visiting Kyle's family was so much fun also. We saw Voicemail's Christmas concert, Went shopping, went ice skating, went sledding, played games, and enjoyed each others company. East really enjoyed playing in the snow. It was his frist time really being able to play outside and experience the snow. He got to make a snowman with Aimee while wearing all his new snow gear! Mack loved the snow too. He wanted to eat it all the time! Both the boys loved sledding also. Easton, after a little while, finally got brave and started to go down by himself and had a blast doing it. Easton aslo got to enjoy actually believing in Santa this year. When we went to visit Santa at the mall Easton asked for a train named Hiro and every time we would ask him what he wanted from Santa he would say Hiro. So he got Hiro from Santa and was so excited. We really enjoyed our time in Utah but it was nice to come home. The boys loved being able to sleep in their own beds and East was so happy to see all his toys. It was a really fun Christmas and December for that matter!

Spending time with family is something we love to do so to be able to do that all December made it a really good Month.
