Well, we decided to give Easton baby food last night. The doctor said we could around 5 months so we were going to wait till 5 and a half months but I had to go to the doctor yesterday and he asked how old East was and I said he would be 5 months on Sunday and the Doctor said we could start feeding him some baby food now if we wanted. So we did. We got him some spoons and baby food, we are still in the market for a highchair but his bebe pod works for now. We fed him applesauce for his first taste of food, we figured it wouldn't be that bad. It was so funny to see him try and figure out how to get the food off the spoon. He ended up sucking it off which worked well and then he would smack his lips together trying to eat it. It was so funny. We filmed it too. He liked it though, didn't seem to have a problem with it. Our plan is to feed him baby food once a day for a little while then move to twice a day and so on. Gosh it is so fun to watch him grow and try new things with him. This was a fun experience and Easton like it so thats wonderful!
