The Bowens: Mack is mobile!!

This is a month late but better late than never, like I say on all my late posts.
Yes our little Mackay is a mover. He has been crawling since six and a half months old and it is crazy!! He has already started pulling himself up on things like Easton's little picnic table, the entertainment center, the coffee table, and in his crib. It is funny though because he still can't really sit up by himself yet he his crawling and pulling himself up on things. He can sit up a little but he has no balance. So as soon as he starts to tip he goes down hard. He has fallen a few times since he has started pulling himself up but he is pretty tough and goes right back to standing up again on whatever it was. He is so stinkin cute too, when he crawls and pulls himself up. He always has a big smile on his face. To get him to start crawling the first time we put ice cream in front of him, he loves ice cream, and he was more than happy to crawl to that!! Also because Mackay is crawling and standing up on things he is starting to bother Easton and it is hilarious!! Mack will crawl over and take something East is playing with or try to grab his food when he is eating. East will get frustrated and say "no baby kay no!" and Mack will just smile and laugh at him. It is pretty cute to see those two boys interact with one another. They sure do love each other. It will be exciting to see what Mackay decides to do next!!

I originally wrote this post about a month ago and meant to put pics up and then publish it but that did not happen as you can see so I will update you a little from the paragraph above. Mack is sitting up now. It was more of a gradual thing for him but once he started crawling he picked up the whole sitting up thing. He is picking up things really fast. He has even attempted to let go a couple times, if he keeps this up he could be walking about the same time Easton did. Crazy children I have, why must they rush to do things so soon and grow up so fast!! I just can't believe how fast Mack is growing up! Where is my little baby? He does continue to bonk his head and fall but he is getting better and better at standing up on things and he is even starting to walk along stuff, ahhh slow down Mack man!! East still gets frustrated with Mack because Mack will go after East's toys and Easton does not like that. They love each other though and we love our boys!!
